Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator is a fundamental position where you will support clients, the team, and make sure everything runs smoothly. We’re looking for a dynamic team-player to work closely with potential talent, the rest of the team, and several internal operational groups to accelerate overall growth.
Event Coordinator
You will be responsible for liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order as well as manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes. You will also be responsible for booking venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
Marketing Coordinator
You will be responsible for ensuring the success of our marketing efforts on all the channels that we are present on as well as a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.

Sales – Setter/ & or Closer
You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program. As well as assisting with defaulted payments, handling refund requests and assisting client success teams as needed.
Affiliate Manager
