What they asked for, and what we built
A six-therapist salon asked for two things: to start appointments at any five-minute step, like 12:05, and to book a client in when the time already clashes. Both were live the same evening.
On the front desk, type any five-minute start time. If the therapist already has someone booked, TSF Booking tells you, then lets you press Book anyway. The overlap shows on the calendar.
Online booking and the AI receptionist still treat that time as taken, and they keep the clean-up gaps, so clients booking themselves never land on top of each other.
Two smaller changes came with it: recording an appointment that already happened earlier today, and confirming a booking without taking the deposit when you choose to.
