The Scaling Firm is a trading name of SHINIMINI LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 15190504. These terms apply to use of our website. Paid services are governed by the separate proposal, service agreement and any data-processing terms agreed with you. These website terms do not replace an existing client agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal data, and how you can exercise your rights. We collect consent separately where required, including your choice about an AI follow-up call.
All content on the Site (text, graphics, interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork and code, including the design, structure, selection and arrangement) is owned, controlled or licensed by The Scaling Firm and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No part may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without our express prior written consent.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or a breach of these terms. Suspension or termination of a paid service is governed by its separate service agreement.
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We will try to resolve concerns with you before formal proceedings. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
We may update these website terms and will show the date above. Updated terms apply to future website use. Changes to a paid service agreement follow the change provisions agreed for that service.
