Your Google rating, how many reviews you have, how the ratings spread and what reviewers mention.
Whether clients can book online, and whether your Google Maps listing takes them straight to a booking.
Your opening hours, closed days, and whether you open in the evenings and at weekends.
Your website, your social profiles, any ads running, and whether your site measures its visitors.
Your Companies House record and its age, your own web domain, and a claimed Google Maps profile.
Your scorecard places your clinic on a scale of 0 to 100 against clinics in the same field, so an aesthetics clinic is compared with aesthetics clinics and a beauty salon with beauty salons.
It uses public, dated information only: what anyone can already see online, such as your Google listing, your website, your social profiles and Companies House. Nothing from inside your business.
Clinics near the top of their field sit in tier 1 or tier 2. The scorecard shows your tier, what is holding your score back, and the changes that would lift it most.
